$1,000 retainer to secure your date
12 months out: 25%
9 months out: 25%
3 months out: 50%
1 month out: guest count + add-ons & bar packages due

All payments are non-refundable. Email us if canceling and the remaining balance will be forgiven. Reschedules are based on availability.
Catering, Bar & Vendors

We do not have in-house catering. We provide a preferred vendor list, and a spacious cold kitchen for warming and staging.

Yes! Outside vendors are welcome with proper licensing and insurance.

Yes — all bar services are provided through Fox-Tails Co.
We offer alcohol packages, mocktails, and soda packages. -
Yes — all vendors must be licensed and insured.
Logistics

Vendor access begins at 8 AM on event day.

All events must end at 11 PM per county noise ordinance.

Music may be played from 8 AM–11 PM, with a strict 11 PM shutdown.

Pavilion: full A/V hookups, microphone, extra outlets, custom sound system throughout venue & custom uplighting
Glasshouse: outlets for audio + custom uplighting

Rules & Policies

Yes — we provide all the details upon booking.

No décor that punctures, nails, and/or damages/alters the venue. Hooks are installed for draping and linens.

While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is granted by the venue.
With advance permission, a pet may attend the ceremony only and must leave immediately afterward.
This ensures comfort and safety for all guests — both two- and four-legged.
