Venue Basics

  • • Micro-weddings: 2–40 guests
    • Events up to 499 guests
    • 500+ requires an Horry County special events permit

  • Wedding rentals include exclusive access from 8 AM–11 PM, featuring:

    • The Grand Pavilion: 16,000 sq. ft., two stories, elevator

    • The Botanical Gardens Glasshouse: 3,200 sq. ft., 360° glass, climate-controlled, 34’ doors

    • Three outdoor ceremony locations

    • Bridal Suite + Gentleman’s Quarters

    • 50 round tables (72") & 500 white wooden chairs

    • A/V hookups, sound system, mic, speakers

    • Custom interior/exterior uplighting

    • Parking for 118 cars + circle drop-off

    • Access to 22 acres of photo backdrops

    We also book charm by the hour in each of our venues on site; with special events, rehearsal dinners, corporate retreats, birthday celebrations, retirement parties - you name it! Check out availability here.

Pricing & Packages

    • 25% retainer to secure your date

    • 12 months out: 25%

    • 8 months out: 25%

    • 4 months out: 50%

    • 2 months out: guest count + add-ons & bar packages due

  • All payments are non-refundable. Email us if canceling and the remaining balance will be forgiven. Reschedules are based on availability.

Catering, Bar & Vendors

  • We do not have in-house catering. We provide a preferred vendor list, and a spacious cold kitchen for warming and staging.

  • Yes! Outside vendors are welcome with proper licensing and insurance.

  • Yes — all bar services are provided through Fox-Tails Co.
    We offer alcohol packages, mocktails, and soda packages.

  • Yes — all vendors must be licensed and insured.

Logistics

  • Vendor access begins at 8 AM on event day.

  • All events must end at 11 PM per county noise ordinance.

  • Music may be played from 8 AM–11 PM, with a strict 11 PM shutdown.

  • Yes!

    • Pavilion: full A/V hookups, microphone, extra outlets, custom sound system throughout venue & custom uplighting

    • Glasshouse: outlets for audio + custom uplighting

Photography & Aesthetic

  • Our 22-acre property includes gardens, ponds, water features, rolling Bermuda grass, and architectural highlights.

  • Yes — we provide all the details upon booking.

  • No décor that punctures, nails, and/or damages/alters the venue. Hooks are installed for draping and linens.

    • No open flames

    • Sparklers allowed

    • Fireworks require prior written approval

  • While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is granted by the venue.
    With advance permission, a pet may attend the ceremony only and must leave immediately afterward.
    This ensures comfort and safety for all guests — both two- and four-legged.
