A Family Dream Rooted in History

Some places simply feel different the moment you arrive. Le Petit Fox Farm was one of those places.

Hidden among preserved wetlands and tucked quietly away in Myrtle Beach’s backyard, this extraordinary property carries generations of history. Last sold in 1899, the land remained within one family for over a century before beginning a new chapter in 2023.

When Joanna first stepped onto the property, she immediately fell in love — not only with the beauty of the land, but with the feeling it created. Private yet accessible. Secluded yet connected. A place that felt worlds away while remaining minutes from the heart of Myrtle Beach.

What started as a vision quickly became a family adventure.

With years of experience in culinary operations and catering logistics, Jason understood what many venues overlook: beautiful spaces should also function beautifully. Every detail was intentionally designed to create seamless experiences for couples, guests, vendors, and event professionals alike — because unforgettable celebrations happen when aesthetics and functionality work together.

As ideas turned into plans and plans turned into blueprints, Abigail joined the journey — helping create the financial foundation needed to transform big dreams into a flourishing family business.

Ground officially broke in September 2024.

What followed has been months of construction, problem-solving, learning curves, long days, countless decisions, and unwavering determination. It has required patience, grit, creativity, and trust in a shared vision larger than ourselves.

With a vision for building something truly meaningful, Joanna brings the perfect blend of big-picture dreaming and roll-up-your-sleeves execution to Le Petit Fox Farm. She sets the tone for everything we do — thoughtful, intentional, and always rooted in heart.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from NYU, Joanna spent over a decade as a dental hygienist before founding and growing a successful dental staffing agency. Managing schedules for hundreds of dental practices and professionals, multitasking quickly became her second language — and problem-solving her superpower.

Now, she’s pivoted from creating smiles chairside to crafting a breathtaking space designed for life’s biggest smiles. From the layout of the grounds to the tiniest details that make a day feel effortless, Joanna’s passion shines through in every corner of Le Petit Fox Farm — creating the perfect backdrop for your celebration!

Jason’s extensive network of trusted local vendors, paired with his hands-on experience working across a variety of venues, makes him an invaluable resource for both our team and our couples. Add in his strong foundation in construction, and you have someone who understands events from the ground up — quite literally.

From behind-the-scenes logistics to day-of execution, Jason ensures every moving piece works seamlessly together, helping bring each celebration to life with ease, intention, and excellence.
